These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of mydreamglobalrunway.com and related services operated by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL .
By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, completing an application, registering, purchasing, attending or participating in a MyDream service or programme, you agree to the applicable Terms.
Additional terms may apply to specific programmes, events, registrations, purchases or opportunities.
02 MyDream Platform and Services
Platform and Services
MyDream may provide event and registration pathways, fashion events, modelling and talent opportunities, Academy training, pageant-related programmes, media opportunities, tickets, partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, memberships and related services.
Availability, dates, venues, formats, eligibility, features and programme details may change.
A specific opportunity is confirmed only through the relevant registration, written confirmation or agreement.
03 Accounts and Accurate Information
Accounts and Information
Where an account, registration or application requires personal information, you must provide information that is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
MyDream may request additional verification or restrict access where information appears false, fraudulent, misleading or incomplete.
04 Enquiries, Applications and Selection
Enquiries and Applications
Submission of an enquiry, application, profile or registration request does not automatically create a contract or guarantee acceptance.
Academy enquiries do not guarantee admission.
Model & Talent enquiries do not guarantee casting, representation, runway placement, employment or paid work.
Designer applications do not guarantee acceptance or a runway slot.
Media enquiries do not guarantee access, publication or coverage.
Partnership enquiries do not create confirmed sponsorship, exclusivity, brand placement, deliverables or commercial rights.
05 Academy and Training
Academy Training
MyDream Academy programmes are training and development services.
Programme format, schedule, duration, trainer, venue, delivery method, eligibility, availability and fees may vary.
Academy participation does not guarantee casting, employment, representation, runway placement, pageant titles, editorial publication, paid opportunities or any other professional result.

06 Models, Talent and Designers
Participation Pathways
Different modelling, talent and designer pathways may have different requirements, eligibility criteria, payment terms and participation rules.
A general casting or talent enquiry should not be treated as confirmed participation.
This statement applies only where the specific Signature Model Registration pathway is expressly presented with those terms. Its specific registration and participation conditions continue to apply.
Not all modelling, runway, media, talent or creative opportunities are paid.
Compensation, expenses and other commercial terms, where applicable, should be confirmed for the specific opportunity.
07 Payments, Fees and No Refunds
Payments and Fees
Some registrations, applications, Academy programmes, participation packages, tickets, memberships, sponsorships, vendor opportunities or other services may require payment.
This applies except only where a refund or remedy cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
Cancellation, withdrawal, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, travel problems, visa issues, personal circumstances, medical circumstances, change of mind or inability to participate do not create a right to a refund.
Users are responsible for reviewing all applicable information before making payment.
Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be corrected.
Correction of a duplicate charge or technical payment error is not considered a refund of a valid transaction.
MyDream may, at its discretion, offer a transfer, credit, replacement date or alternative arrangement where operationally possible.
Any such accommodation is not a refund and does not create an entitlement to the same treatment for another transaction.

08 Event Changes and Force Majeure
Event and Programme Changes
MyDream may make reasonable operational changes to event or programme arrangements.
Changes may include dates, schedules, venues, formats, hosts, judges, speakers, trainers, show flow, production elements or other operational details.
Such changes do not automatically create a right to a refund.
Where circumstances beyond reasonable control affect an event or service, MyDream may postpone, reschedule, relocate, substitute, modify or cancel affected elements.
Appropriate alternatives may be determined subject to the applicable terms and mandatory law.
09 User Content and Media
Content You Submit
You should only submit photographs, videos, portfolios, logos, music, designs, written materials or other content that you are authorised to provide.
Submission through an enquiry or application allows MyDream to process and review the material for the purpose connected with that submission.
Broader promotional, publicity, broadcasting or commercial usage is governed by any applicable participation agreement, release or Media & Publicity Consent .
10 Participant Conduct
Acceptable Conduct
Users and participants must use MyDream websites, services and events lawfully and professionally.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- fraud or impersonation;
- false or misleading submissions;
- harassment or bullying;
- threats or violence;
- discrimination;
- unauthorised system access;
- malicious software;
- intellectual-property infringement;
- manipulation of voting, judging or eligibility;
- deliberate disruption of events or services.
MyDream may issue warnings, restrict access, remove participants, cancel credentials, disqualify participants or terminate participation where reasonably necessary.
Removal resulting from misconduct does not create a refund right, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

11 Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property
MyDream and its licensors retain applicable rights in MyDream names, logos, website designs, software, photographs, videos, publications, event materials, graphics and other protected content.
Except where authorised, users may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, misrepresent, modify or create unauthorised derivative works from protected MyDream materials.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12 Third-Party Services
External Services
MyDream may use or link to payment processors, registration platforms, hosting providers, communication providers, analytics tools, social networks, media services, CRM systems and other third-party services.
Their own terms, privacy policies and technical processes may apply.
MyDream is not responsible for independent acts, outages or policies of third-party providers except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
13 No Guaranteed Outcomes
No Guaranteed Outcome
Unless expressly confirmed through a specific written arrangement, MyDream does not guarantee:
- casting or selection;
- pageant titles or awards;
- runway placement;
- representation;
- employment;
- media coverage;
- publication;
- sponsorship results;
- audience reach;
- sales or commercial results;
- social-media growth;
- financial return;
- future professional success.
Examples of past events, participants, partners, associations or outcomes should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
14 Limitation of Liability
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyDream websites and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless otherwise expressly agreed.
MyDream does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, third-party service availability or particular commercial or professional outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15 Participants Under 18
Participants Under 18
Where a particular programme allows participation by a person under 18, parent or legal-guardian information and consent may be required.
Additional documents may be required depending on the programme, event, travel arrangements, media activity or applicable law.
Providing guardian information does not by itself guarantee eligibility, admission, selection or participation.

16 Privacy and Communications
Privacy and Communications
Personal information submitted through MyDream services is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy .
MyDream may send transactional or service-related communications regarding enquiries, registrations, payments, schedules, events, accounts, security or support.
Promotional communications are subject to the applicable consent and Communication Terms .
17 Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
Subject to mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
Where a separate signed agreement contains valid dispute-resolution, arbitration, venue or jurisdiction provisions, those provisions apply to that agreement.

Changes to These Terms
MyDream may update these Terms when services, technology, policies, operations or legal requirements change.
The effective date displayed on this page identifies the current published version.
Current programme, event or registration terms displayed during a specific transaction should also be reviewed.
