Safety & Anti-Harassment.

Scope

This Safety & Anti-Harassment Policy applies to conduct connected with MyDream Global Runway events, programmes, productions and related activities.

It may apply in environments including:

• runways;
• backstage areas;
• dressing areas;
• rehearsals;
• castings;
• Academy programmes;
• workshops;
• media activities;
• meetings;
• partner activities;
• online communications;
• other authorised MyDream environments.

People Covered

This policy may apply to interactions involving:

• models;
• talent;
• designers;
• Academy participants;
• contestants;
• parents and guardians;
• employees;
• contractors;
• volunteers;
• media personnel;
• photographers;
• partners;
• sponsors;
• vendors;
• guests;
• production personnel;
• other authorised participants.

Harassment

Harassment is unacceptable in MyDream environments.

Depending on the circumstances, harassment may include:

• threats;
• intimidation;
• bullying;
• repeated unwanted contact;
• abusive language;
• humiliation;
• stalking;
• unwanted physical contact;
• other conduct that creates a seriously hostile or unsafe environment.

Sexual Harassment

Unwanted sexual behaviour is prohibited.

Depending on the circumstances, prohibited behaviour may include:

• unwanted sexual advances;
• sexual propositions;
• sexual threats;
• unwanted sexual comments;
• unwanted touching;
• deliberate sexual intimidation;
• inappropriate sexual messages;
• requests for sexual conduct in exchange for opportunities or advantages;
• retaliating against someone for rejecting sexual conduct.

Personal Boundaries

Fashion, modelling, styling, hair, makeup, fittings and production environments may sometimes require close professional interaction.

Individuals should respect personal boundaries and explain necessary professional contact where appropriate.

Unnecessary, sexual, threatening or deliberately inappropriate physical contact is prohibited.

Concerns about touching, fittings, styling or personal boundaries should be raised with an appropriate MyDream or production representative.

Discriminatory Harassment

Harassment or abusive treatment based on a legally protected characteristic is prohibited.

Legitimate requirements of a specific casting, performance, production, competition or programme may be considered where lawful and genuinely relevant.

Such requirements do not justify harassment, humiliation or unlawful discrimination.

Violence and Threats

Physical violence, credible threats of violence and intentionally dangerous conduct are prohibited.

MyDream or venue personnel may take immediate reasonable action where necessary to protect safety.

Unwanted Contact

Repeated unwanted following, monitoring, messaging or contact may constitute inappropriate or harassing behaviour.

Individuals should respect clear requests to stop personal or non-essential contact.

Necessary professional communications may continue where legitimately required to administer an event, programme or contractual obligation.

Privacy Backstage

Backstage, changing and dressing environments require particular respect for privacy.

Individuals must not:

• enter restricted areas without authorisation;
• photograph people changing without appropriate permission;
• secretly record private dressing activity;
• intentionally expose another person's private information or imagery;
• disregard reasonable backstage privacy instructions.

Credential requirements and restricted-access rules must be followed.

Participants Under 18

Where a MyDream programme permits an under-18 participant, additional guardian and safety requirements may apply.

Adults interacting professionally with minors must maintain appropriate boundaries and comply with applicable programme procedures.

Parent or guardian involvement may be required for:

• participation;
• communications;
• media consent;
• travel;
• documentation;
• other applicable programme requirements.

Digital Conduct

This policy may also apply to online conduct directly connected with MyDream participation.

Prohibited conduct may include:

• threatening messages;
• targeted harassment;
• stalking;
• impersonation;
• publishing private information;
• sexual harassment;
• coordinated intimidation relating to MyDream participation.

How to Report

A person who experiences, witnesses or becomes aware of a serious safety or harassment concern should report it as soon as reasonably possible.

At an event, concerns may be reported to an appropriate:

• MyDream representative;
• event manager;
• production lead;
• venue representative;
• security representative;
• other authorised responsible person.

Non-emergency concerns may also be sent to: info@mydreamglobalrunway.com .

Reports should include, where reasonably possible:

• what occurred;
• when it occurred;
• where it occurred;
• people involved;
• potential witnesses;
• relevant supporting information.

Retaliation

Retaliation may include threats, intimidation, punishment or deliberate adverse treatment because a person raised a genuine concern or participated in a review.

A good-faith report does not need to be ultimately substantiated in order to be made in good faith.

Deliberate Misuse

A report that cannot be substantiated is not automatically a false report.

However, deliberately fabricating serious allegations or knowingly submitting materially false information for malicious purposes may itself violate the Code of Conduct.

This provision should not be used to discourage people from raising genuine concerns.

Reviewing Concerns

MyDream may take reasonable steps to review a reported concern.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• speaking with the reporter;
• speaking with witnesses;
• speaking with the person reported;
• reviewing available records;
• reviewing messages or media;
• consulting venue personnel;
• taking immediate protective measures where appropriate.

The exact process may vary depending on the seriousness, information available and legal obligations.

Information Handling

Safety and harassment reports may contain sensitive personal information.

MyDream will seek to handle such information responsibly and limit disclosure where reasonably possible.

Personal information is also subject to the Privacy Policy .

Possible Action

Where reasonably appropriate, MyDream may take action to protect participants, events or programme integrity.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include:

• guidance;
• a warning;
• separation of individuals;
• restricted access;
• credential cancellation;
• removal from backstage;
• removal from an event;
• suspension;
• disqualification;
• termination of participation;
• contact with venue security;
• referral to appropriate authorities where necessary.

External Reporting

Nothing in this policy prevents an individual from contacting appropriate law enforcement, emergency services, regulatory authorities or other lawful external resources.

MyDream's internal reporting process is not intended to replace legal rights or emergency reporting.

Updates

MyDream may update this Safety & Anti-Harassment Policy when programmes, events, procedures, safety practices or legal requirements change.

The Effective Date displayed on this page identifies the current published version.

Event-specific safety instructions may supplement this policy.
