Authority to Consent
By providing guardian consent, the adult confirms that they are:
- the participant's parent;
- legal guardian; or
- otherwise legally authorised to provide the applicable consent for the minor.
MyDream may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify guardian authority.

Payments
Where the applicable programme or participation requires payment, the guardian should review the relevant fee information before payment.
Except only where a mandatory legal right cannot lawfully be excluded.
Withdrawal, non-attendance, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, travel problems, personal circumstances or inability to participate do not create a refund entitlement.

Relevant Safety Information
The guardian should provide relevant information where reasonably necessary for safe participation.
This may include information concerning:
- accessibility needs;

08 Emergencies
Emergency Situations
In an urgent safety situation, authorised MyDream or venue personnel may take reasonable immediate steps to protect the participant and contact the guardian, venue security or local emergency services as appropriate.
Where a particular activity requires specific emergency or medical authorisation, that authorisation should be obtained separately as required.
09 Supervision
Supervision
Depending on the event, age, location and applicable rules, a parent or guardian may be required to remain involved, available or present.
Unless MyDream expressly agrees otherwise in writing, guardian consent should not be interpreted as transferring all parental or supervisory responsibility to MyDream.

Travel Responsibility
Unless MyDream expressly confirms otherwise in writing, the parent or guardian remains responsible for arranging and authorising the minor's:
- travel;
- transport;
- pickup and drop-off;
