Model & Talent Participation Terms.

Scope

These Model & Talent Participation Terms apply to model and talent enquiries, castings, auditions, profile submissions, registrations and participation opportunities connected with MyDream Global Runway and applicable MyDream events.

Additional rules may apply to a particular casting, runway, event, pageant, production or registration.

Enquiry Pathway

The Model & Talent Enquiry allows individuals to submit information for review by the relevant MyDream team.

An enquiry does not constitute:

• a confirmed casting;
• a confirmed runway walk;
• a modelling contract;
• talent representation;
• employment;
• a paid engagement;
• a pageant placement;
• media publication;
• acceptance into any particular opportunity.

Profile Submissions

Applicants may be asked to provide information relevant to modelling or talent opportunities.

This may include:

• name;
• date of birth;
• city or location;
• contact information;
• height;
• experience;
• social-media profile;
• portfolio link;
• headshot;
• full-length photograph;
• optional runway video;
• additional information relevant to the enquiry.

Information submitted should be current, accurate and not misleading.

Photographs and Videos

Applicants must only upload photographs, videos, portfolio materials and other content that they are legally authorised to provide.

By submitting material for an enquiry or application, you permit MyDream to store, access and review the material for the purpose connected with that submission.

Broader promotional, broadcasting, publishing or commercial use is governed by applicable participation or media-consent terms.

Casting Decisions

Where a pathway involves casting, audition or selection, submitting an application does not guarantee that the participant will be selected.

Selection may depend on the requirements of the specific event, project, production or opportunity.

MyDream may consider factors relevant to the opportunity, including suitability, presentation, experience, availability, event requirements and production needs.

MyDream is not required to provide individual feedback or reasons for every casting decision.

Confirmed Walk Pathway

A confirmed-walk pathway remains subject to all applicable:

• registration requirements;
• eligibility requirements;
• payment terms;
• event rules;
• call times;
• rehearsals;
• conduct requirements;
• safety requirements;
• production instructions.

“Confirmed Walk · No Audition” does not mean that these requirements are waived.

This status should not be assumed for general casting calls, Model & Talent Enquiries or other modelling opportunities.

Payments

Certain model or talent pathways may require a registration, programme or participation fee.

No refund is created by:

• withdrawal;
• change of mind;
• non-attendance;
• missed call time;
• missed rehearsal;
• travel problems;
• visa issues;
• scheduling conflicts;
• illness;
• personal circumstances;
• inability or decision not to participate.

Transfers and Credits

Participants do not automatically have a right to:

• transfer a registration;
• change to another event;
• move a payment;
• receive credit;
• substitute another participant.

MyDream may, where operationally possible, offer an alternative arrangement at its discretion.

Any such arrangement is not a refund and does not create a continuing entitlement.

Production Changes

MyDream may make reasonable changes to event and production arrangements.

These may include:

• date;
• venue;
• schedule;
• runway order;
• rehearsal time;
• call time;
• production format;
• show flow;
• styling requirements;
• other operational details.

Reasonable production changes do not automatically create a right to a refund.

Attendance Requirements

Confirmed participants may be required to attend rehearsals, fittings, registrations, briefings, call times, stage checks or other production activities.

Participants are responsible for following the latest official instructions provided by the applicable event team.

Failure to attend required activities may affect participation.

Conduct

Models and talent must behave professionally and respectfully towards:

• other participants;
• designers;
• choreographers;
• trainers;
• production staff;
• photographers;
• media teams;
• judges;
• venue staff;
• sponsors;
• guests.

Harassment, bullying, threats, violence, discrimination, fraud, intoxication, unsafe conduct or serious disruption may result in removal or disqualification.

Safety

Participants must follow reasonable safety, stage, backstage, venue and production instructions.

Safety concerns, harassment, inappropriate behaviour, injuries or medical emergencies should be reported to authorised event personnel as soon as reasonably possible.

Wardrobe and Property

Participants may receive instructions concerning wardrobe, footwear, grooming, styling or presentation for a particular event or production.

Unless specifically agreed, participants remain responsible for their own personal property and belongings.

Borrowed garments, accessories or production property must be handled responsibly and returned as instructed.

Participant Expenses

Unless MyDream expressly confirms otherwise in writing, participants should not assume that the following are provided or reimbursed:

• travel;
• transport;
• visa costs;
• passport expenses;
• accommodation;
• meals;
• insurance;
• personal styling;
• personal wardrobe;
• other individual expenses.

Compensation

Compensation, usage fees, appearance fees, expenses or other commercial terms should be confirmed for the specific opportunity.

Participation in one MyDream event does not create an expectation of paid work or compensation for future opportunities.

Relationship

An enquiry, casting, registration, training programme or event participation does not by itself create an:

• employment relationship;
• agency relationship;
• talent-management relationship;
• exclusive representation agreement;
• partnership;
• joint venture.

Any such relationship requires a separate applicable agreement.

Media and Publicity

Fashion, pageant, casting and media environments may involve photography, filming, interviews, livestreaming, broadcasting or publication.

The scope of MyDream's rights to use a participant's name, image, likeness, voice, biography or performance is governed by the applicable participation agreement, registration terms or Media & Publicity Consent .

Minors

Where a particular opportunity permits participation by a person under 18, parent or legal-guardian information and consent may be required.

This may include guardian contact details, participation consent, media consent and additional documentation.

Providing guardian information does not itself guarantee acceptance or participation.

Personal Information

Applicant and participant information may be processed for profile review, registration, event administration, communication, safety, media, record keeping and other legitimate programme purposes.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy .

No Guarantee

Except for a specific confirmed participation commitment expressly stated in writing, MyDream does not guarantee:

• casting;
• audition success;
• runway placement;
• future runway invitations;
• employment;
• representation;
• paid work;
• modelling contracts;
• talent contracts;
• pageant placement;
• titles;
• awards;
• media coverage;
• publication;
• social-media growth;
• brand endorsements;
• sponsorship;
• any particular professional outcome.

Updates

MyDream may update these Model & Talent Participation Terms when programmes, event structures, operational requirements, policies or legal requirements change.

The Effective Date displayed on this page identifies the current published version.

Specific event or registration terms presented for a particular opportunity should also be reviewed.
