Academy Terms.

Scope

These Academy Terms apply to Academy enquiries, enrolments, workshops, crash courses, coaching and other training programmes offered through MyDream Global Runway.

They apply together with the general Terms & Conditions and any specific programme information provided to the participant.

Academy Enquiries

Submitting an Academy Enquiry allows MyDream to review the participant's training interest and contact information.

Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee:

• admission;
• availability;
• a specific schedule;
• a specific trainer;
• a particular venue;
• acceptance into a particular programme.

MyDream may request additional information before confirming an Academy programme.

Programme Details

Current Academy programme details may vary.

This can include:

• programme duration;
• training schedule;
• training dates;
• venue;
• city or location;
• delivery format;
• trainer or coaching team;
• programme content;
• participant capacity;
• eligibility;
• availability;
• applicable fees.

Fees and Payments

Where an Academy programme requires payment, the applicable fee should be reviewed before completing the transaction.

The following do not create a refund entitlement:

• change of mind;
• withdrawal;
• non-attendance;
• missed training;
• scheduling conflicts;
• travel difficulties;
• personal circumstances;
• professional commitments;
• illness or medical circumstances;
• inability to complete the programme.

Alternative Arrangements

Participants do not automatically have a right to:

• reschedule training;
• transfer enrolment;
• receive programme credit;
• move a payment to another programme;
• transfer participation to another person.

MyDream may, at its discretion and where operationally possible, offer a replacement date, reschedule, credit, transfer or another alternative.

Any such accommodation is not a refund and does not create a continuing entitlement.

Programme Changes

MyDream may make reasonable operational changes to an Academy programme.

Changes may include:

• date;
• time;
• venue;
• trainer;
• delivery method;
• session structure;
• training sequence or programme format.

Such changes do not automatically create a right to a refund.

Training Focus

Depending on the programme, Academy training may include development in areas such as:

• posture;
• runway walk;
• pacing;
• turns;
• movement;
• expression;
• camera awareness;
• posing;
• presentation;
• stage presence;
• communication;
• composure;
• pageant preparation or related presentation skills.

The exact curriculum may depend on the programme and participant needs.

Training Does Not Guarantee Opportunity

Academy participation does not guarantee:

• casting;
• selection;
• runway placement;
• pageant selection;
• finalist placement;
• titles or crowns;
• awards;
• representation;
• employment;
• paid work;
• media coverage;
• publication;
• brand opportunities;
• sponsorship;
• any other professional or commercial outcome.

Certificates

Participants should not assume that an Academy programme includes a certificate, academic qualification, professional licence or accredited credential unless this is expressly confirmed in writing for that programme.

Programme names such as “Elite Pageant Coaching” describe the programme and do not by themselves represent professional accreditation, certification or guaranteed competitive status.

Participant Responsibilities

Academy participants are expected to:

• provide accurate registration information;
• follow programme instructions;
• attend or join at the communicated time;
• behave professionally and respectfully;
• respect trainers, staff and other participants;
• comply with venue and safety rules;
• use facilities and equipment responsibly;
• disclose relevant accessibility or safety requirements where appropriate.

Participants Under 18

Where an Academy programme permits participation by a person under 18, parent or legal-guardian involvement may be required.

This may include:

• guardian name;
• contact details;
• relationship to participant;
• consent;
• additional programme documentation where necessary.

Providing guardian details does not automatically confirm eligibility or enrolment.

Safety

Some Academy activities may involve standing, walking, movement, posing, rehearsals or other physical participation.

Participants should participate within their own capabilities and comply with reasonable safety instructions.

Where relevant, participants should communicate accessibility, mobility or safety needs before participation so that appropriate information can be considered.

Academy training is not medical or healthcare advice.

Professional Conduct

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, violence, unsafe behaviour, fraud or serious disruption is prohibited.

MyDream may issue warnings, restrict participation or remove a participant where reasonably necessary to protect programme safety or integrity.

Participants should also review the Code of Conduct and Safety & Anti-Harassment Policy .

Media

Photography, filming or recording may occur in certain Academy environments or related events.

Broader promotional, publicity, publication or broadcasting rights are governed by applicable consent, release or participation terms.

Training Materials

Training materials, presentations, videos, handouts, exercises, programme materials and other MyDream content may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Unless permission is expressly provided, participants may not:

• commercially reproduce materials;
• resell training content;
• redistribute private materials;
• record restricted training sessions;
• claim MyDream materials as their own.

Personal Information

Academy enquiry and participant information may include personal details, contact information, date of birth, programme interests, experience, goals, guardian information and related communications.

This information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy .

Circumstances Beyond Control

Academy programmes may be affected by circumstances outside MyDream's reasonable control, including venue issues, severe weather, public-health restrictions, government actions, transport disruption, utility failure or technology outages.

MyDream may make reasonable alternative arrangements, including rescheduling, relocation or changes in delivery format.

Such circumstances do not automatically create a refund entitlement, subject to mandatory applicable law.

Updates

MyDream may update these Academy Terms when programmes, operations, policies, payment processes or legal requirements change.
