Media & Publicity Consent.

Scope

These Media & Publicity Consent terms apply where a participant, applicant, attendee, designer, model, talent, student or other individual affirmatively provides media consent to MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL.

The specific registration, participation form, consent checkbox or release used for an event may provide additional or more specific terms.

Permission to Capture Media

Where you provide the applicable consent, you authorise MyDream and authorised production or media personnel to photograph, film, record or otherwise capture your participation.

The material may include:

• photographs;
• video footage;
• audio recordings;
• interviews;
• runway appearances;
• stage appearances;
• training activities;
• event participation;
• behind-the-scenes material;
• other authorised event-related media.

Personal Attributes

Where covered by the applicable media consent, MyDream may use relevant aspects of your participation, including your:

• name;
• image;
• likeness;
• voice;
• performance;
• biography;
• interview statements;
• professional title;
• approved social-media or profile information.

Such use remains subject to the scope of the consent or agreement under which the material was captured.

Where Media May Be Used

Where authorised, MyDream may use applicable media for legitimate editorial, event, promotional, broadcasting and archival purposes.

These may include:

• MyDream websites;
• MyDream TV USA;
• MyDream Magazine;
• social-media channels;
• online video platforms;
• event promotion;
• event recap content;
• television or broadcast content;
• livestreams;
• digital publications;
• press materials;
• advertising;
• marketing campaigns;
• presentations;
• showreels;
• historical archives;
• other authorised MyDream communications.

Editing

Where media use is authorised, MyDream may make reasonable production modifications necessary for publication or distribution.

These may include:

• cropping;
• resizing;
• colour correction;
• audio adjustment;
• video editing;
• captioning;
• subtitling;
• translation;
• format conversion;
• layout placement;
• combination with other event content.

Authorised editing should not be used in a manner that is unlawfully misleading or defamatory.

Distribution

Authorised media may be published or distributed through MyDream-operated or authorised channels.

This may include:

• websites;
• Instagram;
• Facebook;
• YouTube;
• other social platforms;
• television;
• digital media;
• press;
• news or editorial outlets;
• authorised promotional channels.

The availability and format of such distribution may vary.

Third-Party Coverage

MyDream events may be attended or covered by independent photographers, journalists, broadcasters, media organisations, creators or other third parties.

Where those parties operate independently, their own legal responsibilities, policies and editorial decisions may apply.

MyDream cannot guarantee control over independent third-party publication or redistribution once content has lawfully entered the public domain or been published by an independent party.

No Coverage Guarantee

MyDream does not guarantee:

• television coverage;
• magazine publication;
• press publication;
• social-media publication;
• interviews;
• specific photographers;
• specific media outlets;
• specific footage;
• a particular number of photographs or videos.

Compensation

Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, authorised use of event or promotional media under this consent does not create an entitlement to additional:

• royalties;
• licence fees;
• appearance fees;
• residual payments;
• other compensation solely because the authorised media is published or used.

Any separately agreed modelling, talent, appearance or commercial compensation remains governed by its own agreement.

Attribution

MyDream may, where appropriate, identify a participant, designer, model, talent or contributor by name.

Unless specifically promised in writing, MyDream does not guarantee individual credit, tagging, social-media mentions or attribution in every piece of media.

Media You Submit

If you submit photographs, videos, artwork, logos, music, portfolio content or other material to MyDream, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that material.

You must not knowingly submit content that infringes another person's:

• copyright;
• trade mark;
• privacy rights;
• publicity rights;
• other applicable intellectual-property rights.

Duration

The duration of authorised media rights depends on the consent or agreement applicable to the participant.

Where ongoing rights have been validly granted, authorised materials may continue to be maintained in websites, broadcasts, publications, social-media archives, event archives and historical records subject to applicable law.

Withdrawal Requests

Where applicable law gives you a right to withdraw consent, you may submit a request to MyDream.

Where legally applicable, withdrawal may affect future discretionary uses after MyDream has had a reasonable opportunity to process the request.

Withdrawal also does not affect processing that was lawful before the request was made.

Media Involving Minors

Where a participant is under 18 and the relevant programme permits participation, parent or legal-guardian consent may be required for applicable photography, filming, publication or other media use.

Additional consent documentation may be required depending on the programme, media activity and applicable law.

Privacy

Information associated with media, including names, contact information, photographs, video, audio, biographies and other personal information, may be processed for legitimate media and event purposes.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy .

Relationship

Providing media consent, appearing in event media or being published by MyDream does not by itself create:

• employment;
• talent representation;
• modelling representation;
• agency representation;
• sponsorship;
• endorsement;
• partnership;
• another commercial relationship.

Any such relationship requires a separate applicable agreement.

Updates

MyDream may update these general Media & Publicity Consent terms when media platforms, production practices, services or legal requirements change.

Updated terms do not automatically expand the scope of consent previously granted where additional consent would be required by applicable law.

The Effective Date identifies the current published version.
